Warranty Programs

On Site One Business Day

HETRA expects the product will be operational by the end of the next business day following the end users first notification of equipment failure.
On Site Two Business Day HETRA expects the product will be operational by the end of the second business day following the end users first notification of equipment failure.

Carry-in Five Business Day

HETRA aims to ensure that the product will be operational and available to the end user within five business days following arrival of the faulty equipment at the service provider’s workshop location.

Mail-in Five Business Day

HETRA expects the product will be operational and returned to the end user within five business days following arrival of the faulty equipment at a HETRA depot for repair.

Pick Up & Return Two Business Day

HETRA expects the product will be operational and returned to the end user within two business days following the pick up of the faulty equipment from the customer.

Pick Up & Return Five Business Day

HETRA expects the product will be operational and returned to the end user within two business days following the pick up of the faulty equipment from the customer.

Advanced Unit Replacement Warranty Service

HETRA’s Limited Warranty may include an advance unit replacement warranty service. Under the terms of the advanced unit replacement warranty service, if a unit is diagnosed as defective, HETRA will ship a replacement product directly to you.

Return to Bench (RTB) Warranty Service

Return to Bench Service for the central processing unit, including free parts exchange and labor, provided by an HETRA Sales and Service Depot or a HETRA Authorized Support Provider during the product warranty period.

Parts Only Warranty
(POW) Service

If the HETRA product is covered by parts-only replacement warranty, the defective parts will be supplied free of charge during the warranty period. Parts are returned at the customer’s cost and returned by HETRA at no additional cost.

Exchange

Your HETRA Limited Warranty may include an exchange replacement warranty service. Under the terms of the unit exchange warranty service, if a unit is diagnosed as defective, HETRA will ship a replacement product directly to you. Hard drives that fail and cannot be returned to HETRA for security reasons will be replaced during the warranted period.  If hard drives cannot be returned, the customer must provide appropriate information on reasons(s) for failure. HETRA acknowledges defective hard drives cannot and will not be returned.
